The purpose of CAP is to advise and inform applicants and individuals eligible for services and benefits available under the Rehabilitation Act, the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act.  Available to students and working individuals.  Each State has its own CAP programs.
