The first revolution is when you change your mind.

Here at Fair Shake, we take FREEDOM very seriously.
We believe that the fundamental human right for self-determination includes having the FREEDOM to explore, discover, learn, evaluate, decide and accept, reject or simply ponder….without tracking, nudging, algorithm-generation or pseudo-scientific excuses for surveillance and control.
I listen to what people ask for, and build the site according to the needs of the users. ALL of the users, who I call ‘stakeholders’…from the incarcerated and formerly incarcerated, to their family and friends, future employers, corrections and reentry folks, property managers and, of course, all citizens.
Counting how many times a page was viewed, and which pages a person visited, is a meaningless waste of time, money, effort, and – most egregiously – humanness.
If you have questions, or you’d like to share your thoughts, reach out to me here at sue(at)fairshake.net! I’d love to hear your questions, reflections, suggestions, critiques and ideas.
Until then, I will leave you to explore the website, and use it in the ways that are best for you!
